Password Recovery
Forgot your password? Follow these steps to regain access to your Pushnami Ads account.
Step 1: Request Password Reset
- Go to the Sign In page
- Click Recover Password
- Enter your email address (username)
- Click Submit
A verification code will be sent to your email address.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
- Check your email for the verification code
- You'll be redirected to the Reset Password page
- Enter the verification code from the email
- Create your new password
- Click Reset Password
Password Requirements
Your new password must meet these requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character
Step 3: Sign In
Once your password is reset:
- You'll see a confirmation message: "New Password Is Set"
- Click Sign In
- Enter your email and new password
Troubleshooting
Didn't receive the verification code?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Request a new code by repeating Step 1
Verification code expired?
Verification codes expire after a short period. If your code has expired:
- Go back to the Sign In page
- Click Recover Password again
- Request a new verification code
