Password Recovery

Forgot your password? Follow these steps to regain access to your Pushnami Ads account.

Step 1: Request Password Reset

  1. Go to the Sign In page
  2. Click Recover Password
  3. Enter your email address (username)
  4. Click Submit

A verification code will be sent to your email address.

Step 2: Reset Your Password

  1. Check your email for the verification code
  2. You'll be redirected to the Reset Password page
  3. Enter the verification code from the email
  4. Create your new password
  5. Click Reset Password

Password Requirements

Your new password must meet these requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character

Step 3: Sign In

Once your password is reset:

  1. You'll see a confirmation message: "New Password Is Set"
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter your email and new password

Troubleshooting

Didn't receive the verification code?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Request a new code by repeating Step 1

Verification code expired?

Verification codes expire after a short period. If your code has expired:

  1. Go back to the Sign In page
  2. Click Recover Password again
  3. Request a new verification code

  • The email address associated with your account
  • A description of the issue you're experiencing

  • Use a unique password for your Pushnami Ads account
  • Don't share your password with others
  • Consider using a password manager
  • Update your password periodically
